David Maattala, to change ownership of New Palace Bowling Alley to David Maattala. 266-10. Daniel Nigrosh, Manager, No. 1 Mill Warehouse, LLC, to amend the existing City of Fitchburg Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map by removing the following parcels from the Residence B (RB) District and establishing the same in the Industrial District (Parcels 1 and 2 as detailed in the enclosed petition). ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the expenditure of funds from the Massachusetts Emergency Management Performance Grant in the amount of $17,000, for the purposes of said grant. IX. ORDERS-OTHER 004-11. ORDER: Fixing the dates for the 2011 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CALENDER. X. PETITIONS 005-11. Comcast of Massachusetts, III, to request a hearing with the Fitchburg City Council for grant of location, to install a new conduit system to provide service to 20 Authority Drive, as outlined in enclosed petition. (Public Hearing, February 1, 2011) 006-11. Matson Homes, Inc., by its Attorney, George F. Watts, Esq., to install a stop sign at the intersection of Westminster Hill Rd. and Brierwood Dr., as recommended by a traffic study done by MS Transportation Systems, Ins., for the Parker Hill Acres in 2005. (Public Safety Committee) X. TABLED 288-10. ORDER: Brierwood Drive be laid out as a public street from Westminster Hill Rd. to Parker Hill Dr., and that Parker Hill Drive be laid out as a public street from Colony Rd. to Brierwood Dr., as outlined in the enclosed Order.
