January 21, 2011 Dear Councilors: A meeting of the Finance Committee will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA. The agenda will consist of the following: Presentation by Mayor Lisa A. Wong. 007 – 11 ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the expenditure of funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the Assistance to Firefighter Grant in the account of $24,300, for the purposes of said grant. 008 - 11 ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the expenditure of funds from the MA Executive Office of Public Safety and Security for the FY 2011 Shannon Grant in the amount of $95,000, the purposes of said grant 010 – 11 RESOLUTION & ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg will initiate the process to aggregate electrical load, pursuant to GL Chapter 164, Section 134, as outlined in the enclosed resolution and order.
