The Agenda will consist of the following:
161-11. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg accepts the title for a parcel of land consists of 23 acres +/- on Billings Road, Fitchburg, and a parcel of land on Billings Road in Ashby, as outlined in the enclosed
Order:
162-11. Montachusett Opportunity Council (MOC), to request a long term lease for the Hosmer building at 110 South St., Fitchburg, as outlined in the enclosed petition.
163-11. Unitil, to grant an easement to Unitil as outlined in the enclosed petition, in order to install a utility pole at the edge of Gateway Park on Sheldon St. in Fitchburg.
