COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS FROM HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS V. ORDERS – FINANCE 003-12. LOAN ORDER: Appropr. $8.8 Million Dollars for Combined Sewer Separation (CSS) and Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment (CEPT) projects, as outlined in the enclosed Order. 004-12. ORDER: That the City of Fitchburg approves the expenditure of funds from the Police-VAWA Stop FY12 Grant in the amount of $30,000, for the purposes of said Grant. VI. ORDER-OTHER 005-12. That the City of Fitchburg accepts the provisions of M.G.L. c. 48 s. 59A (Aid to other Municipalities; Authorization; fire departments defined, payment for damages) (Reference Petition #150-11) VII. ORDINANCE 006-12. AN ORDINANCE: There is hereby created and established an Energy Commission consisting of six members as outlined in the enclosed Ordinance. VIII. PETITIONS 007-12. Mayor Lisa A. Wong, to review and adopt the annexed ordinance creating an Energy Commission as requested by the Council’s vote on petition 226-11 on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, which referred this issue to the Mayor’s Office.
